Establishment of FUNDACJA AZAP

The foundation was established and formally registered in the Polish National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000902990, with its statutory seat in Kielce, Poland. The founding purpose centred on health protection, social assistance, and combating the effects of COVID-19.
